# Browser Fingerprint:Language
The language Settings of the Navigator object help the website identify your preferred language. Based on this value, the site adjusts the language in which it presents the content to you. Like any other Navigator object value, it can also be used for browser fingerprinting.
When you create a new browser environment, Migratory Bird Browser automatically matches the system language based on the proxy IP you detect. The Migratory Bird browser does not randomly fetch this value from the fingerprint database, as this would result in a serious mismatch between the browser language and the IP location. For example, you may be in German somewhere in the United States.
Of course, you can also customize the system language from the new browser environment - Fingerprint recognition Settings - Language.
